Westminster City Council's regeneration of the Ebury Bridge Estate just South of London Victoria will see the renewal of existing housing blocks and the creation of around 750 new homes on the premises on Ebury Bridge Road, which is located between the former Chelsea Barracks and the train lines to the East and West and the River Thames to the South.
